As the BTC/USD market is the most liquid bitcoin market widely available for trading, we regard it as the most suitable underlying asset in a bitcoin product.
REFERENCE PRICE
BTC/USD is traded on a large number of bitcoin exchanges and the average price of the most liquid exchanges provides the underlying reference price for the product as specified in the prospectus.
XBT Provider do not have any market risk. The company always hold bitcoins equivalent to the value of certificates issued.

To invest, you need an account, which is obtained through your bank, advisor or online broker. The instruments are listed on Nasdaq (Stockholm) where XBT Provider AB will issue the instruments as well as provide a secondary market for trading. XBT Provider AB has appointed Mangold Fondkommission AB as market maker, meaning they will provide a bid and ask price in the order book to facilitate trading. XBT Provider is aiming to attract additional liquidity providers to the order books going forward to complement the natural flow of orders with the goal of offering a liquid market with a small spread, making the instruments attractive for all type of investors.
